Frank Magliato’s Business Experience is Extensive

In addition to his experience, Frank Magliato has a wide range of education in his background to inform his business activities. For example, he has a degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a business degree from New York University. In addition to running Saddle River Associates, he founded, financed and ran Digitec2000, Inc., a telecom company selling prepaid domestic and international calling. He duplicated that success as president of another long distance resale company, Telecorp Inc., which he did for a time.
Frank Magliato has also served on a number of company boards, including Veragold Mining Company, Consorcio Vista Verde, Guardian Finance Group, Nabali Investments and Capital Trading Group. Among Frank Magliato’s most impressive positions during his 35-year career could be his service as President of private equity firm, Saddle River Associates & Company. While he was there, Saddle River completed about $500 million in projects, including both the sale of Natural Balance Pet Foods to Del Monte, as well as the $150 million real estate development project in Panama.
